The story
A great way to dip our toes into property investment was Barton Street. This property had already undergone a significant transformation over several years. The previous owners had inherited the property and converted it from a dark, one bedroom terraced house, into a bright, open-plan, 2 bedroom property that it is today. It seems like they ran out of steam after several years and so put the property up for sale via modern method auction.
We completed on the property in November 2021, gave it a light refurb over the next 6-8 weeks and had it tenanted by January 30th 2022. The property has since been happily let out to the same tenants.
