This is HMO No.2. This project was supposed to be a simple doer upper into a 5 bed HMO. However, we ended up re-wiring, taking back to brick in some areas, replastering throughout, whole new heating system and then added some little touches like the pannelled walls. As you can imagine, this came in over budget, but it has meant we were able to command much higher rents than normal in the area and will result in a greater capital uplift.
