Who are We

We are Shaun and Alex, a husband and wife team and the owners of Yardley Property Investments.

For years, we have been renovating our own homes until we realised that investing in real estate doesn't have to mean boring, cookie-cutter spaces with magnolia walls and carpet tiles.

We use a combination of our own funds and investment capital to focus on properties where we live, Macclesfield. Macclesfield is a great place to invest. It has strong capital appreciation, good rental yields, and high demand for both buy-to-let properties and shared accommodation. The town is also affordable and has a strong job market in the science, biotech, and medical communications industries.

Our investment strategy is fairly simple; we take on run-down, neglected houses and transform them into clean, stylish homes that are built to last with minimal maintenance. While we do invest in single tenancy homes, our preference is creating shared/co-living spaces. Macclesfield is made for this type of home, with graduates travelling across the country to take up jobs in the area.
